Nozze di Cana - Veronese

In 2006 Grégoire Dupond was in a 4 people mission to record the painting in Le Louvre Museum for Factum Arte, and responsible for the processing of the scan data.
The scan data was used in Factum Arte studios in Madrid to produce a scale 1 fac-simile of the painting installed permanently in the original location in Venezia, Italy.

The fac-simile was pigment printed on aluminium panels backed linen canvas and gesso then varnished.
The final cleaning was old style, rolling mie de pain on the surface to get the dust off.

San Gimignano

In 2016 Grégoire Dupond was commissioned by FAI in Italy to make a model of San Gimignano in 1340.
The hill was made in Walnut wood and the buildings in alabaster.
The buildings are illuminted by 250 leds in synchronisation with a video show telling the story of the city and its territory.
